HDR Concert #5 Announcement

The newest brackets for the upcoming HDR Concert are posted!  Head on over to the link below and get your hands on the brackets for the upcoming HDR concert!  If you are unfamiliar with the HDR Concerts held here on EverydayHDR head on over here to get the lowdown.

Unlike the Concerts in the past, you must add an element of your own work into the featured image.  It does not matter how you do it, but your final product should contain an element from one of your own photographs.  Textures and borders I guess would suffice, but I strongly suggest you try compositing with this one.  If you have never done it, I have a tutorial, you can find it here!  Basically, I must be able to see another element added to this image in the final product.  Picture the tone mapped file as a blank canvas and have fun with it!

Download the Brackets here!

Quick notes:

  1. Download the brackets.
  2. Tone map the file.
  3. Post process this image with an added element of your own.
  4. When you are finished, send it to everydayhdr@gmail.com no later than 12PM on Monday afternoon, June 25th.
  5. Once I have reviewed your image I will send you a form to fill out which will contain questions about your post processing.
  6. The Concert will be live next Wednesday the 27th.
  7. Remember to have fun and experiment, push yourself in directions you have never gone in the past!

No problem Steve, I get a lot of satisfaction from comments like this! It keeps the fire burning so to speak! The concerts are like Christmas every month, I get to see all kinds of post processing presents, I love it!
